New manager of ICO in l’Hospitalet

Albert García Rodríguez is the new manager of
the centre of ICO in l’Hospitalet, thus filling the vacancy which
the organization had. He has a Degree in Medicine and Surgery by the
UB, he is a specialist in the digestive system and has some training
in ‘Economics of the Health and sanitary management’ (UPF).
Of Dr. García’s professional experience we would like to point out
his beginnings as an assistant doctor of the digestive system section of the
Internal Medicine Service at the Clinic ‘L’Aliança Mataronina’.
Later on, he became the Head of the Digestive Unit at the Internal Medicine Service
of the Consorci Sanitari de Mataró, and keeps on with his task at Assistència
Sanitària Col•legial as doctor responsible for the clinic management
of the |
Management Control Department.
Then, Dr. Albert García exercised as the coordinator of the Emergency
Service of the University Hospital Josep Trueta and later as the Head of the
Emergency Services of the Hospital of Barcelona.
Recently, he has been Medic Deputy Manager of the Hospital in Mataró (Consorci
Sanitari del Maresme) and Medic Manager of the regional Hospital in l’Alt
Penedès.) |
