L’ICO l’Hospitalet
holds the exhibition of sculptures “Sharing feelings”
From the 20th of April until the 31st of August, l’ICO l’Hospitalet
- Duran i Reynals Hospital holds the exhibition of sculptures "Sharing
feelings" by the artist Roser Lanaspa de Häfliger. The
pieces of this Catalan artist, who is now living in Switzerland,
show her feelings and emotions after overcoming breast cancer.
The
sculptor Roser Lanaspa herself attended the opening, which featured
the music of the Swiss violoncellist François Jaccottet.
The bronze sculptures by Roser Lanaspa are dynamic and full of
sensitivity. The artist has exhibited her pieces all over Europe
on several occasions since 1990. In the artist’s own words “This
exhibition is the symbol of the acceptance of my body, of the overcoming
of breast cancer, of the sensitivity and of dialogue...”
The pieces by Roser Lanaspa de Häfliger can be seen until
31st of August at the hall and the cafeteria of the main building
of the Duran i Reynals Hospital, and in the waiting rooms and the
entrances to the ‘Consultes Externes’ building.
